Do you want someone to find the perfect venue to fulfil all your requirements? We will locate venues, then select the best two. We will visit venues with you point out any plus and minus areas. Then liase with you and the chosen venue and negotiate contracts.
Want perfect stationery for your event? We will create or locate the perfect stationery for your event. We will despatch, receive, chase up outstanding replies and collate all information required by other event suppliers, to ensure all your guests are catered for properly.
Guest accommodation and liaison service
Do you have a wide range of guests attending from out of area? We will liase with guests, help with travel arrangements and accommodation arrangements. Negotiate block accommodation bookings, and arrange travel to your venue from the accommodation.
